What does the role involve?

Hilti will give you opportunity to develop your career by putting you right at the center of our customer-focused business model and giving you full responsibility from day one.

Starting your career in Hilti as a Sales Representative you will be responsible for the active sale of Hilti products and services. Your main duty will be to develop the loyalty of our clients by building long-term relationships with them. We'll closely coach and mentor you while constant broadening your experience.

With commitment, teamwork and consistent results, many of our employees reach their first management position in their mid to late twenties.

What you need is:

  • Personality of a leader combined with passion, inspiration, strategic vision and assertiveness (formal/ informal leader experience: sports, organizations, Scouts etc.)
  • Sales experience (B2B experience is nice to have)
  • Drive to realize your potential with an international company
  • Fluency in English
  • Degree (Master) in the field of Business, Economics or Engineering
  • Creativity and self-confidence
  • Willingness to relocate for the job (within Poland and/or abroad)
