What's the role?

We’re looking for an energetic and committed person who will join our marketing team as a Trade Marketing Assistant.

What does the role involve?

As an assistant in the department of Trade Marketing at the headquarters of Hilti Poland you will be able to participate in the creation of Marketing materials, contribute into execution of diverse operational tasks and support the business development of strategic areas via market research. With us you will develop your analytical and organizational skills, helping us with ongoing tasks of Trade Marketing and support daily the team of Trade Managers.

The specific schedule will be agreed with you, depending on your needs – we offer flexible working hours. If you need to leave earlier to prepare for an exam – we will keep our fingers crossed! HILTI will accommodate your schedule so that you can attend your classes. Form of employment: contract of mandate (umowa – zlecenie).

What you need is:

  • Student status
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Availability on average 20-25h per week - schedule to be agreed depending on the student needs
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience with market research and a passion for investigating market trends and databases
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Familiarity with systems such as SFDC advantageous
  • Multitasking, ability to cope with different projects simultaneously
  • Being a team player.
